I like our open office plan . I enjoy the atmosphere of other people working around me. Being interrupted is sometimes a good thing — it can knock me out of a rut; I return to the problem with a different perspective, which I sometimes need before I can make any progress on a task I find difficult to start. If I work from home, in a completely quiet office, alone, I can’t focus — I get nothing done. People are different :-)
