The presence of MNCs has to ensure that infrastructure is world-class with unlimited bandwidth, unlimited power supply by the government, and DG backup. The park is expanding for its third phase and will have 5 million sq ft of office space after completion.

  • Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram

The Kerala Government runs this tech park, and it is the most professionally managed among all the tech parks in the country. It is spread over 156 acres and boasts value-added facilities like e-business incubation centers. Here e-learning programs with 600 courses are offered, and 114 companies have been incubated. The IT infrastructure is excellent, with fiber optic connectivity offering 132 Mbps bandwidth. The leasing rates are the most competitive here, and the location is ideally near the airport and city center. Major companies operating out of this tech park are IBS Software Services, US Software, and NeST.

  • Raheja- Mindspace, Mumbai

This is a popular space for ITeS companies in Malad, in the western suburb of Mumbai. The list of BPO firms operating out of here is impressive, and the park is well connected by rail and road. A key advantage is both international and domestic airport is just 10 km away. Major ITeS companies such as Daksh eServices, eServe, and Epicentre technologies operate from here.
