Yes! Totally! Hungry Hungry Hippos was one of my favorite games! And, my mini-keyboard was pretty awesome too. Except that it didn’t last long because it drove my parents crazy. And, heaven forbid, outside?!?! Oh, yeah, that’s right. That was actually in a time when curfew was dark, you could go door to door selling sweet crayon drawings that you made (tried that once or twice), sell stuff for school, try to ice skate on the ice that formed in the street (yes. I did this. I do not recommend it). Or, how about trying to suck dirt up a straw (I have no idea why I did this), and end up swallowing it. Playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles outside with the babysitting kids (I was always April O’Neil). And, back in the day when cars didn’t have locks for reverse, so you could watch a babysitting kid back his mom’s car into the tree where your dad’s bike was tied up (true story).

Sometimes I wish I had a time machine, so I could go back to that era. So much simpler, slower, less technology :) Anyway, that’s my story. Thanks for sharing.
