Fail. Fail Forward. Fail Faster.
Make Mistakes. Be Imperfect. Just take the next step.
I believe there is two different types of people in the world: the thinker and the doer. They were born with different traits.
The thinker has open-minded head with full of wonderful ideas that can be considered creative and original. They are smart enough to think outside of the box and have ability to pay attention to the detail.
However, fear is a big problem for thinkers.
They tend to over-thinking about the pros and cons of the situation, result or consequence. The thinker may have outstanding ideas that can push their careers forward in an amazing way but they are so afraid to actually put those ideas into practice. Because the afraid of what is going to happen, thinkers tend to wait for opportunity or change happens rather than go after it. This fear inhibits thinkers from living up their potential. They sometimes do not have courage to take a shoot with their ideas and turn them into action.
In the other hand, the doer is brave, tough, hard-working and generally happier than the thinker. They have ability to get the things done quickly but sometimes do not think carefully before putting things in actions.
Personally, I consider myself as a thinker. I usually hesitate and procrastinate before doing anything so it is lead to the delay of working. The biggest lesson I have learnt that to become a leader should be brave enough to make decision. No matter it right or wrong. At least, he makes decision and learn from that. I realized I should avoid over-thinking and focus more on applying my ideas in actions.
I believe it is also a key for those who want to be successful.
Dare to fail. Let yourself making mistakes. Failure is definitely mother of success.
Fail. Fail Forward. Fail Faster.
