Christian Schreiber, you have great insight on this subject and I thank you for demonstrating it. I do believe that everyone’s perception can be different. For myself, depression can be a state of mind, but it goes much deeper than that, to the actual structure of the brain. For some individuals, the possibility of a cure is just not there, those of us with that difference in our brains that make us different, we can hope to survive day to day without a permanent cure.

Your thoughts here have given me something to think about, a deeper consideration that perhaps those of us with severe chronic depression, just might have a little more hope.
