Reaching out to HR professionals to know about interviews questions

I Muhammad Meraj and my group fellows Nafeel and Jawad put an average effort honestly but this average effort also help a lot in learning about interviews questions and how amazing and easier it is too approach HR professionals and other business persons.
We search for Engro, IBM, Coke, Mcdonalds, MCB and Finka bank. From this list, we were able to contact with Coke, IBM, Finka, and MCB and out of this Finka and Coke ignored for an appointment due less time and their strict policies. So we approach Sir Shah Hussain in IBM using networking with 5 years experience in the interview process. We met with him for 15 minutes it was a great experience. We also met with Rao Kashif Bashir recruiter in MCB he was a little rude and very hasty man but we were able to ask few questions from him too.
- How a recruiter come to know that candidate is telling a lie, deviating from reality?
Ans: Sir Shah Hussain: Cross question is the best approach. No judgment of facial expression cause these may be natural.
Sir Khasif: We focus on attitude and judge him.
2. Shaking hand individually or in the panel is okay or not?
ANS: Sir Shah Hussain: Never shake hand in any condition in Pakistan but when recruiter himself do this then its fine.
Sir Kashif: Never.
3. How the candidate stand out differently?
ANS: Sir Shah Hussain: Perfect resume, your communication skills, appearance and especially the response on question tell me about yourself.
4. How much cgpa matter?
Ans: Sir Shah Hussain: 50/50 because grades do not depict overall skills
5. Institute how much matter?
Ans: Sir Shah Hussain: It depends because some time brand name may give you an edge but some time due to extra expectation it may give you loss.
6. Size of resume?
Ans: Sir Shah Hussain: It depends either candidate is fresh or experienced for fresh one page is enough.
Sir Kashif: It depends.
We have other questions too but due to time urgency, we were able to know about six questions. And what we learn the main thing from this experience that yes it not too much difficult to approach CEO, Manager etc it required little effort as Chris in pursuit of happiness showed.
