Thank you for sharing this! There is a serious lack of resources for engineers like me trying to influence a design team to adopt an agile approach. It often feels like the design team is out of touch with the challenges that engineers face when implementing their designs when they simply “throw it over the wall”. I hope more teams start to adopt agile techniques like this.
