The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks

Goal:

My goal is to read and understand 2 chapters of Foreign Exchange Management in 100 minutes. Half chapter in 25 minutes pomodoro.

Experience:

This was difficult to me for some extent. Because in first pomodoro, I my grandmother distracts me for the 2 times. But I had done the first half of chapter in 25 minutes. And done the whole chapter in 50 minutes. I had great understanding of this chapter. I had completed my task in 100 minutes . I faced only 10% distraction due to my grandmother. This was amazing for me. Usually it takes more time. That is why it was not same.

I have also done a book review of seven habits of highly effective people. I have efficiently utilized my time in productive way by assigning myself a time deadline.

And Yes, I will use it for the other tasks in my to-do list. I believe it will reduce my time and increase efficiency. It also help me to work under some kind of pressure.
