What to Eat on a Healthy Diet

Having a healthy diet is always important and you should include healthy foods in your diet. These examples include a variety of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, and whole meal foods.

Healthy diets should not include processed foods like sausages and bacon or deep-fried foods like fries and fried chicken. Any healthy diet should also not include baked goods such as cakes and cookies.

A healthy diet should also not have unhealthy fats, such as saturated and trans fats. They should include mostly healthy fats such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.

While red meat is ok in moderation, it is still not okay for human consumption on a daily basis. This is because these meats contain the saturated “bad” fats. These fats are linked to an increased risk of heart disease.
