What to Eat for the 5th Day?

Start the day with a half cup of tomatoes and almonds, and then take fat-free beans with 1 cup vegetable and cucumber slices. For dinner, you can take green salad with a fat-free dressing and some rotis.

How to Plan for the 6th Day?

With 1 Idli or chapatti, take vegetable curry with half-sliced banana and skimmed milk. For lunch, chapatti, 1 cup rice, fish curry, cucumber, curd, mustard, tomatoes, and some onion slices. To end the day’s routine, brown rice with steamed spinach and apple would be perfect.

What to Take for the Last Day?

1 cup of poha or upma, with rice salad and dal for lunch and grilled chicken with rotis and fruit slices, would be perfect for the last day.
