As a founder of Brainworks Solutions Private Limited, a BPO organization based in Mumbai and Vadodara, Mitul Palan has over 17 years of experience in the BPO industry and has successfully launched and completed customer acquisition projects for various USA based companies operating in the Utility, insurance, Mortgage refinancing, Medicare and Health insurance verticals.

Educational Background:

Mitul Palan has completed B.com Degree from Mumbai University and Post graduate diploma in foreign trade from World Trade institute, Mumbai.

Hobbies and interests:

Mitul Palan is a Yoga and fitness enthusiast and loves to spend time on various fitness activities during weekends and the holidays. During holiday season and long weekends, prefers travelling to different countries and experience the local cuisines, adventure and cultural activities.
