Alright, so then you don't have to. However, this is a place where people write what they want to write and there's an open exchange of ideas and opinions.

My view is different from yours. I think that the topic of romantic relationships is one of the most important topics in life. Consider what 80% of songs on the radio are about. Understanding relationships and how to behave and what's a good fit and what isn't (by, in this case, using examples provided in a Medium article where we are all looking at the same set of presented facts) is the basis for a worthwhile discussion.

But go ahead and say nothing if you wish.

Oh good grief. You seem to assume that I don't know what racism feels like. It's not as if I don't understand his perspective. I myself am the daughter of a mixed marriage.

I also understand the desire for revenge. It's natural. However, revenge is never the best choice. I can say that as a statement applicable to not only to him but also to you and all of humanity in the same way that I can say "racism is never the best choice."

Furthermore, when any person is gifted many things such as intelligence and creativity, we should actually try to give back to humanity because not everyone has such advantages. The proper attitude isn't, as you suggest, "Oh well, these are MINE and I'll use them how I want to..."
