As founder of software outsourcing firm in Palestine that focuses on delivering high quality software solutions for startups all over the world (Germany, Switzerland, USA, Netherlands and Palestine), I can formulate the most important lessons I have learned about my self, my employees and my clients.

This wealthy experience gave me the opportunity to discover myself in the first place, and to gain more knowledge in multiple fields!

  • Multicultural manager:

Recognition and valorization of individual and cultural differences is very important to understand your customers requirements.

US, Canada, Western Europe customers are likely more open than others in Middle East or Eastern Europe due to the fact that cultural differences is big!

Successful manager is the one who can recognize the diversity management, even if you are building local startup you can’t ignore the customers diversity.

  • Treat your employees as father:

Remember! startups environments always develops rapidly, you will face exceptional situations, Un-normal things sounds to be more happening.

Make sure to communicate, communicate and communicate with you colleagues as much as you can, try to help them in their own path. You have to be always up to date with your employees skills, encouragement and motivation are the biggest success factors that keeps your team Rocks!

  • Treat your clients as best friend:

You have be honest and clear about what you can/can’t do. build more deep relations with your customers to understand their needs and imagine their dreams.

Customers like to work with people who are more likely to adapt their beliefs and missions.

Communicating more with your customers means long relationship with them.
