Very clever answer to this article. As a remote worker I can say that almost all of this is most likely true, especially note on statistical bias because of average experience of remotes and non-remotes.

However I can’t say that it’s hard to find remote job for Post-Soviet countries. I live in Russia and receive job opportunities in LinkedIn quite often both from local companies and Western companies. Currently I’m working with US company and this is not the first time for me.
