IBM and Adobe already have offerings. These offerings will work the same way as cookies do. They don’t prevent clients of IBM from sharing data with them as a 3rd party, in fact they enable it. The blockchain in effect should eliminate the inconsistent pattern of ID’s associated with various tech — GA, Adobe, 1st party collections. It’s not a magic solution to security.
