Spinach Roti | Spinach Bread | Spinach Wrap

Eating greeny leaf vegetables daily improves eye sight and reduces stress and blood pressure. Spinach contains vitamins A, C and K. It is fiber loaded which is incrediably healthy. Spinach can be eaten in many forms. Including spinach in our day to day life is a good lifestyle.
Ingradiants for making Spinach Roti:
- Wheat Flour — 1 Cup
- Oats Flour — 1/2 Cup
- Spinach Leaves — Handful
- Garlic Cloves — 2
- Yogurt — 2 tbsp (optional)
- Water — 1/2 Cup
- Salt — 1tbsp
- Olive Oil — 1tbsp
Process:
- Take a bowl and add Wheat Flour and Oats Flour to it.
- Grind Spinach Leaves, Garlic Cloves, Yogurt with water and make it into a smooth paste.
- Add spinach mixture, salt and oil to the wheat and oats flour.
- Mix all together.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into smaller portions.
- Roll each small portions until it forms to a flatten bread.
- Take a pan and grease some olive oil ( Butter and Ghee can also be used) to it.
- Place the roti on the pan and fry it till turns intogolden brown colour.
- Repeat the other side.
- Add some olive oil if necessary.
- Can be served with any curry or can be served as wrap
Tip: If the dough is sticky, add some wheat flour and oil to make the dough softer
