New year, new job, new city, same P1XT guide

I’ve been absent in this endeavor for a few months now. After my Scotland vacation, I was in the interview process for a job, which took several weeks. Between getting the job (!!), the holidays, moving across the country, new apartment, and starting work, I neglected my coding journey.

The good news of course is that I’m working, but now I’m no longer a full-time coding student. I’m going to need to learn how to manage studying on top of the ol’ 8–5 drag. I joined a few meetup groups in the city, including Women Who Code and freeCodeCamp, so I’ve got external motivation as well as internal.

I’ll prepare a summary of my learnings from the last half of How to Code: Complex Data, and going forward I’m moving to the Software Construction courses. In the meantime I’m going to do some JavaScript reading an algorithm practice as well.

Looking forward to 2018!
