MLG Blockchain Announces a Strategic Combination with Global Blockchain Network
MLG Capital, the capital markets advisory division of MLG Blockchain, a global venture creation and advisory firm headquartered in Toronto and New York, and Global Blockchain Network (GBN Holdings), a Texas-based blockchain financial advisory and marketing firm, have announced a strategic collaboration to combine resources to bring capital and advisory capabilities to global clients and investors. MLG Capital and GBN Holdings will jointly work on capital formation and syndication through their combined client and investor networks.
The combination of the two firms brings together experienced teams and complementary networks to better service clients by providing disruptive companies with advisory expertise and broader access to global sources of capital. This is the first strategic combination in a series of mergers and acquisitions that both firms have planned over the next few months. The combined entity now has a more experienced advisory team, with a broader geographical reach and scale and a larger investor and global partner network.
