Five Actions You Can Do To Handle Grief

This month is a double whammy for me. My mother passed on September 21, 2015 and my sister passed on September 26, 1999. Now, every September is now marked by these two dates. As I have dealt with death, I have thought about actions that I could have done earlier to manage my grief. I am thinking about methods to improve my understanding of myself in this life.
