Lean In, then Lean the Fuck Out

In 2014 I was leaning way the fuck out. I recognized the value of leaning in, but knew that at that moment in time, I had been leaning in so fucking much I was burnt toast. Took me 1 year to decide to tip toe back into leaning in. Without knowing it, all of my 2015 was using the Agile Lean In/Lean Out method you describe here. You words would’ve given me a little more structure and thought around my “sprints”. My guess is that I would’ve had clearer insights and progress without as much emotion and pain… or maybe not. Regardless, I’m living proof that this method works for career and life. I’m excited to apply it in this articulated form to my 2016 goals!
