  1. When the user terminates the call, the screen slides up revealing a rating panel. No need to dismiss it or interact with it at all. And, having it come up from the bottom would position it near where there thumb was when terminating the call, so it would make rating easier (Fitt’s Law FTW!)
  2. If a modal is preferred, at least let the user swipe the dialogue away if they’re not interested in leaving a rating.
