Youngbok Hong

I am so grateful to have the perspectives of all of the members of our team! At times I feel lost in the clinical and treatment aspects of our discussions, but I’m learning how my experiences as a mother, performer, and as a volunteer in not-for-profit organizations offer other valuable perspectives to our consideration.

My discipline is centered around our process and as such, I’m tasked with facilitating our discussions. I know the Simplex process is new to our team (even to me!), and yet everyone has been eager and willing to try it — even when we’re unsure if we are heading in the right direction.

As we move forward, we continue to make discoveries, and I try to check in to see how each member of our team interprets the new information. It’s that diversity of perspective that will give us the best chances of making a real impact with our solution.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
