V-Bucks are the “cash” currency of Fortnite. As of right now, they are only spent on llamas which give loot such as Schematics (Weapons/ Traps), People (Heroes/ Survivors/ Defenders), Event Tickets (depending on the on-going event). you can also purchase Fortnite Weapons directly in U4gm, which saves time and enables you to use items quickly. Here with a post on the top 4 ways you can farm up some V-Bucks right now.

1. Daily Quests

The player obtains 1 daily quest every 24 hours. If you are full and fail to clear a slot, you will not receive a new one when the hour rolls over
Each daily quest awards the player with 50 vBucks with the exception of the following

3 Plankerton missions : 60
3 Canny Valley missions : 75
3 Twine Peak missions : 100

You can get a good idea of daily mission requirements by heading over to the “Mech” tab but if you’re lazy, here’s an image for it

Daily Quests

The average player can knock most of these out within an hour of playtime. If you can’t play everyday, it’s perfectly fine to let them stack up
In fact, you can complete all 3 of them them at one-shot, every 3 days, if you are efficient with your rerolls
I would personally recommend

Rerolling “daily scouting” missions because those can be a pain in the ass to complete
Rerolling everything but P/C/T missions since you want to maximize vBuck rewards and those give the most

Efficiency : 50 / hour
Maximum : 1500 / month

2. Daily Alerts

These are missions that show up randomly throughout the world of Fortnite and the amount of vBucks vary dpending on the zone they are in
You can check the available rewards over at https://stormshield.one/pve which looks something like below

Daily Alerts

It is worth noting that

These missions reset every 6 hours (so 4 rotations each day)
You can only obtain rewards for 10 of these every 24 hours

Since you can also earn legendary transforms from these missions, the value of v-Bucks may, at times, be less lucrative depending on the alternative
In fact, I would personally recommend saving an alert or 2 just in case a legendary transform pops up. However if you either

Have no access to higher level zones where Legendary transforms are
Have no friends to bring you there
Just want v-Bucks

The numbers come out to approximately

Efficiency : 90 / hour (if you do them in a row and there’s 3 around)
Maximum : 2700 / month

3. Daily Logins

You get these by logging in every day past the reset time. The full list of rewards is avaialble on my “Book” tab so I won’t be pasting it here
Observing the trend, I found that after the first 70 days,

You get 150 v-Bucks every 7 days
You get 300 v-Bucks on every 28th day (2 Fortnights) instead of 150
You get 800 v-Bucks on every 112th day (8 Fortnights) instead of 300

Adding this up using the formula

Total vBucks = ( 150 * 3 + 300 ) * 3 + 450 + 800 = 3500

Efficiency : *** / hour
Maximum : 900 / month

4. Event Questline

Fortnite is a game that pretty much revolves around events which offer a new “challenge gamemode” that comes with a questline
Progressing the questline give event tickets primarily but can sometimes offer vBucks. It can be accesed via Play > View Event as seen below

I usually have the event rewards for each quest put up on my event tab a week+ into the event but for reference purposes, it is below

Some quick maffs show that going through the entire “Survive the Storm” event would net us 300 vBucks
These quests take approximately 2~3 missions per quest so assuming that the player takes 20 minutes on each and spends 3 missions per quest

Efficiency : 23.077 / hour
Maximum : 300 / month

If we just total up the amount of v-Bucks we obtain per month based on the maximums I’ve listed, that’s a whopping 5400 v-Bucks per month.
