As mentioned before, using “reply all” in email correspondence creates much more email for those involved than just the person you’re replying to. If you’re a Windows Outlook user, it’s possible to download a small plugin called NoReplyAll for your computer:

This will grey out the reply all and/or forward buttons on your recipient’s side. If they must reply to everyone involved, they would have to copy and paste all email addresses manually.
