Tech Tip 090 — Drop in professional formatting in Microsoft Word with Building Blocks

Templates are a great way to create a professional-looking document in Microsoft Word. It’s possible in the Windows version of Word to drop in preformatted text or formatting elements with Building Blocks. Go to Insert, then Quick Parts, then Building Blocks Organizer and select from a wide variety of cover pages, bibliography sections, headers and footers, tables of contents, quote boxes, and watermarks to enhance your document.
