Background Story

(2) Active Skill 1: Arcane Surge
Merlin unleashes a shockwave in the forward direction, dealing damage to enemies within range. This skill can be cast up to three times by continuously casting, triggering an Arcane Surge. During an Arcane Surge, the damage is replaced with the Arcane Surge damage.
