I like how you adapted a traditional flavor of red bean paste and implement it into a cookie. In Idea 1 Test, I also like how you thought to keep the paste as the main focus and cut the sugar in the dough so it wouldn’t overpower the paste’s flavor. I wish you would had explored ingredients to add to the bean paste in hopes of pronouncing the flavor and possibly transforming it into a sweeter substance. What if you used the paste as an additional ingredient to the dough or as a substitute for another ingredient? I think it would have looked like a red velvet cake/cookie and you could use some of those recipes as inspiration.
