First and most crucial step to recovery is to know whether you need it!

Are you TRYING to be happy? — need to LOOK for things that may make you happy?

Do you SEEK affirmation from others? — need to be SEEN as an achiever?

Do you LIVE in the FUTURE? — need to PLAN for tomorrow aggressively?

Do you think CRYING is for the WEAK? — need to BE strong always?

Do you think VULNERABILITY is for SISSIES? — need to MACHO up?

You can’t get no SATISFACTION? — need to DIG for joy?

Do you lie about your FEELINGS? — need to CONTROL your emotions?

Do you just need a SUPPORT?

If you have answered (honestly) YES to the above questions, keep reading.

  • Are you still looking for that perfect relationship? — because if you are then most definite;y you have been made fun of and you don’t ike yourself completely. fully. bulls? no? y? Like yourself? fully?
  • Do you find it difficult to trust people? — because that means you don’t trust yourself too
  • Do you find it difficult to convey your feeling to friends and family? — cuz you think that they wouldn’t understand or blabber out?
  • Do you often find yourself in the middle of things going wrong? — is there more things in your life to be smile about or backspace about? Are you finding mistakes more than tehre are than trying to understand/? the meaning of em’mistakes? them?
  • Do you constantly rethink the decision you made? — huh? rea;llly? sure? how often do you ask this?
  • Do you think people don’t understand you? — do you?
  • Do you think vulnerable equals weak? — because when you open up about your feelings, some thing might or are going to hurt. but with time, injuries heal more quickly. and that’s another kind of strong.
  • Do you think you have got to make it on your own? — what are you complaining about so uch2 much?
  • Do you have the expectations quagmire? — what do you do for wants?
  • Do you sulk crazy when things don’t go according to your plan?
  • Do you hurt people and get hurt at the same time?
  • Do you think people are constantly judging you?
  • Do you often think about the past and future ? in present
  • Do you seek to be just loved and cared for? — do you?

If you have answered YES to most of the questions above, then know that it’s just your insecurities speaking and the time is here to re-build the relationship with yourself… with little more love, care and trust. And the GOOD NEWS is you can start right this moment! Calls for a smile? (:
