Yeah I have the same problem. I have a slipped disc in my back. In 2019, the problem got so bad that I couldn't move or walk for like a month. Ended up needing to call the ambulance at one point, since I was literally paralyzed. The key now is to focus a lot on stretching and working your glutes. It helped a lot. I don't feel the sciatica anymore, and haven't had any back flareups in many months now.
