In the meantime, there are a few things we can do to help ourselves stay positive:

Focus on the good things in our lives.

Help others.

Getting out in nature is a great way to clear our minds and relax. Spending time in nature can help us to appreciate the beauty of the world around us and to connect with something bigger than ourselves.

Practice gratitude.
Taking some time each day to reflect on the things we are grateful for can help us to focus on the positive and to appreciate all that we have.
