What is MoEVing actually? Is it an EV manufacturer, a logistics company, or a tech company? How do we define MoEVing?
We know Electric Vehicles, we know B2B logistics, but what makes MoEVing different from other businesses? MoEVing is a technology platform and is defined by the app.
It does not narrowly focus on EVs or logistics but the ecosystem that supports and assists the transition to EVs. Moreover, the app benefits everyone in general and the environment as a whole.
A Closer Look at the Platform
The platform is not just a piece of technology but a product. Platform businesses have become a part of our daily lives as it is made easily accessible to everyone.
The platform serves as a business model to operate and serve its clients externally and internally, along with other supply platforms. These are the independent entities that bring together people management, technology, and business to empower and proceed the whole management swiftly.
The Reason behind App Creation
To make the platform more substantial, you have to create a product that serves to make everyone’s life easier and convenient. Furthermore, it assists you in moving away from conventional vehicles to more sustainable and pollution-free modes of transport.
That’s where the app comes into the picture.
After a series of discussions on what and how the product should look and feel like, we landed on a platform to make it accessible to different parties. Each party can access the platform and operate their day-to-day activities.
It’s a one-of-a-kind idea, and now the idea has become a reality.
So, for the platform to succeed, we need technology aid to attract different parties. We had to enable multiple stakeholders, and one of the most important stakeholders in our platform is the DRIVERS.
The logistic industry is dependent on Drivers-Cum-Owners (DCO). The DCOs are essentially entrepreneurs whose assets are their vehicles. They run the business while putting their labor on top of it and taking care of their assets at the same time.
Thus, Drivers are the first users of our app. If the app doesn’t work for drivers, it will not work for anyone else.
What and how will it be made accessible for the drivers?
Enabling one stakeholder is not enough; it needs support and assistance. Therefore, it has to be enabled with multiple stakeholders such as insurance, OEMs, etc., and all of this together helped the product come alive.
The technology platform helped us to run the operations more effectively by scaling up faster.
We can run the EV fleet more productively and integrate the charging infrastructure for the driver to make a smooth switch from petrol or diesel (ICE) vehicles to electric vehicles.
