Saturday, at the sound of it is a marketlist day…doesn’t matter how busy your day is going to be, but it’s Saturday and it’s November.

On Mofor’sDiary, we help you build that marketlist that Cuts across the whole house and covers the week too.

Before that list is attached, how old are you in average at home? That is what is the age range for your home, plus how active are the persons living with you. Taking a keen look on all the characteristics of the members of your home, we now ask the season we are in and what foods, veggies and fruits are available in season. Where is the cheapest market with fresher spicy eatables. Line this all up and ask what is your budget saying.

Oh! my! least I forget, what kind of illnesses are rampant and what are the antis?

Now with all these in mind, let’s look at what we propose for you this first Saturday of November as marketlist

Because this month is busy and stressful, make sure detox are very much present on your list today.

  • Turmeric powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Letus veggies
  • Ginger and galeg
  • Lime ( it’s true lime and lemon is not in season but a few will do the trick)

These five items are very vital for your everyday consumption, it will keep you calm and detoxified through the day, feeling more energetic . This is best for mornings and evenings.

This works for the smartness for this month of November. The combination of turmeric powder, cinnamon, honey and lime juice all measured in one eating spoon each, in a glass of warm water breaks down all toxics, burns fats especially belly fat. “I am a living testimony to this combination.”

Back on that list, make sure not to have too much of starchy foods but have more fibres which will help the body have waste yet adding no weight to your house hold. Take a look at introducing much more vegetables salads in your meals. You may think it’s expensive, no it healthy because eating right keeps you away from the Doctor’s bills and pains. If you have babies at home try having more yoghurt in the fridge than regular milk. Fermented milk is better that condenced milk.

Now, with the fast approaching heat and dryness let your food list have items which provides your body with more liquid, the body needs that seriously. Make sure the schooling family members have always a bottle of water accompanying their books and pens.
