The night before I remind myself of this. When I wake up, the first thing I want to do is skip exercise, even though I know its physical and psychological benefits are great. If I force myself to do it I feel amazing for the whole day. While exercising it’s amazing even with the literal pain. Hitting snooze is easy. But I never skip medication. But exercise is as good or more effective for a lot of issues. Self discipline, oy vey.
