Google Pixel Buds

Since the invention of AirPods, everyone’s been trying to get into the true wireless game. Well, last year Google had our favorite smartphone, and this year it came out swinging with its own take on wireless buds. The Pixel Buds are easily the most comfortable earbuds I’ve worn, and they have extensive versatility between phones and operating systems, as Google products normally do. The sound quality and battery life offer everything that you’d expect and more. They’ll seamlessly switch from music to video calls, and work pretty well to drown out background noise. The shell also holds a charge that lasts a good, long while. I never have to remember to charge these things, and they always seem to still be kicking.

Osmo Pocket DJI

This thing is a fully functional, stabilized 4K camera. You read that right. The Osmo Pocket fits, yes, right into your pocket and packs a wallop more powerful than some film crews. With the 4K-capable capture and its head mounted on a stabilizing gimbal, you get clean, completely un-shaky shots. You can also set objects for the camera to focus on, or attach your phone for a larger preview screen. Watching these thing’s head whip around is like watching a droid right out of Star Wars. It’s everything you need for killer vlogs or video, especially if you’re on the go.

Moon UltraLight

Short of buying a video camera but more rewarding than relying on a smartphone’s guts alone is the Moon UltraLight, an unassuming device that clips onto a phone and emits better light for photography and videography. With touch controls, you can adjust the hue and brightness, and it’ll do wonders to your photos and videos. It also clips onto laptops. Hello, better Zoom lighting.

Xbox Series X

Microsoft has announced the release of the Xbox Series X gaming console in December 2020. It will support 4K at 60FPS, with the possibility of up to 120FPS. Additionally, come with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and 8K capability. It will be powered by a custom-designed processor with the Zen 2 and next-generation RDNA architecture and is developed by Microsoft in collaboration with AMD. It will also boast Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and this can enable developers to create new functionality like Dynamic Latency Input (DLI) to make Xbox Series X the most responsive console than the predecessor.

Razer Kishi

Razer Kishi is a new generation gaming controller kit for mobiles. It comes with two analog clickable joysticks for L3/R3 inputs and a directional pad. Additionally, it houses two left (L1/L2) and two right (R1/R2) shoulder buttons, A/B/X/Y buttons, and finally, a home button, back button, and forward button for navigating through the mobile user-interface navigation. The interesting thing about the Razer Kishi, all the buttons on the Kishi can be remapped via the GamePad mobile app so that consumers can personalise according to their gaming needs. Yes, it comes with two connectors — one with Type C for Android phones and another with light cable for Apple iPhones. Razer Kishi will be made available for Android phones in February and later to Apple mobiles. It is likely to be priced at around $100.
