Before going to the main goal of the story, first let’s define what is the CMS!
A content management system (CMS) is a software application or set of related programs that are used to create and manage digital content like documents or images etc. CMSes are typically used for enterprise content management (ECM) and web content management (WCM).
The main purpose of a Content Management System (relating to web) is to provide the capability for multiple users with different permission levels to manage a website or a section of the content.
we will not go more into CMS as it is not our main topic. as we know Microsoft has very popular CMS product “SharePoint” with large set of features covers most of CMS & collaboration areas:
