Our topic of meeting was ‘Equip and Real’.

Before moving on we wish to tell you what Equip and Real exactly means in case of interviews.

To be Equip in case of interviews means to be fully prepared mentally as well as physically for the interview and job you are applying for. And Real means to be real at interviews by telling what you exactly know and not to pretend any skill you don’t have and not showing fake passion for that if you really don’t have in heart.

It was a good idea to reach out the professionals and ask them their knowledge and experience on being equip and real at interviews.

Recently, we met with HR manager of Ebryx. It was very informative meeting and he guides us in a very nice way and gives many tips for interview. He told us things which we usually miss while preparing for an interview. He advised us to be neutral at interviews and always to be attentive during the interview because some time interviewer asks one thing in the start of interview and then ask many QBQ in such a way that you can’t prove what you have just said. So if you remember what you have said before, you can answer easily what he wants from you to know and prove. He explained further and said there are three types of questions in any interview:

Introductory questions

2. Analytical Questions

3. HR Questions

In introductory questions interviewer will ask questions on what they want to know about you, your skills, experience, education and qualification etc. So always be prepared to answer what you have put on your resume.

In analytical questions they are going to check your thinking approach how you analyze the things how your approach to solve these things.

In HR questions they are going to check your approach what can you contribute other than your job responsibility and your cultural fitness. He told us if candidates are good in cultural fitness but technically are week we can select them but if they are poor in cultural fitness we are not going to select them in any case.

As our appointment time was about to over so we thanked him for giving us time from his hard schedule and wished him best of luck.

-Our Three main takeaways from this meeting are:

· Be Neutral

· Be Attentive

· Be Culturally fit

We will definitely keep these takeaways in mind while preparing for interviews in near future.
