Sublime Text 3 RTL support plugin

As you know, Sublime Text doesn't support RTL Languages such as Arabic , Persian, Hebrew and etc..
I write a simple plugin to show Right to Left text on dialog box
search RTL to Dialog in package manager and install it.
Then, select (highlight) rtl text and hover mouse on it
RTL to Dialog
it works for Arabic , Persian and Hebrew Sublime Text 3 package
