Then reward yourself with what you want. i.e. chocolate BUT first give yourself some tasks. I would recommend that go with the breathing yoga or meditate in whatever way you are comfortable. Visualise yourself achieving your goals, try to break it down to in what way you will achieve it. If that is a little heavy then open up your journal, write about the tasks that are urgent and important, prioritise and complete one or two tasks and then reward yourself with your chocolate. If you are not up for all that, google the things that you are most curious about.
