Positive thinking is the base of success in long run. If you are better able to do so you can cope with negative circumstance, stress or anxiety. Positive attitude or happiness also made the people in your surroundings, happy and energetic.
I had struggled with the stress or anxiety when i was not able to perform well in the final examination. I was hardly able to pass the examination. It was really a hard time and I feel ashamed due to this performance. I started to contact my school fellows and teachers who pushes me and trust me and due to their support i was able to perform well in my graduation.
Happiness is 90% depends upon our selves, the way we thinks an d 10% on external factors. We should talk about positive things not about the negative one.
