Practicing Kindness; 5 Acts of Kindness
Kindness is something which is develop through practice. There are many ways to show kindness towards your leader, employer, colleagues and family members. We have assigned a task at Amal academy to do any 5 acts of kindness to taught us ways to show kindness in our routine life.
1. Help my brother to complete his homework. My brother was not able to solve a question and he tried really hard many times so I helped him in solving that problem. he was surely thankful to me even though he does not express it
2. Help my nephew in the preparation of his paper. It was really a difficult task as he came back from school. After a very short time he has to prepare for the next examination so I help him in the presentation.
3. Help an old lady to cross the road. the traffic was very fast and the old lady has to reach at the bus station which is exactly on the opposite site of us. so, I helped her to cross the road. She was very happy on reaching the destination.
4. Offer my seat to an old passenger. The bus is full with Passengers and then the old passenger enters the bus, I offered him my seat he was very thankful towards me.
5. Help my mother in performing routine tasks. I helped her in pressing the clothes and many other works. she is very happy because of this kindness.
I have learned a lot because of this project. I have learnt that we can make significance impact while focusing on little acts of kindness. It is applicable in all the places especially the work place. For example, if we are the part of any team we should show kindness, if one of our team member is struggling with something we should offer help. We should focus on what we can provide? What tasks we can accomplish?
