Great article Mike! Couldn’t agree more than this 'work-balance' mindset is utterly wrong. The fact that it’s repeatedly reinforced in us as 2 separate things that compete, as opposed to harmonising, is a problem.
Sure, not everyone loves their work and it might not sync up with their home life in an idyllic and romantic sense, but that’s in their control to change and create.
Great write up Corey. Burn out definitely affects a long of people, without them realising. Pulling all-nighters to cram things in, hoping to achieve the same the next day but entirely unable to focus for 15 minutes.

The notion that it’s somewhat weird to talk to those around us is truly depressing.
Go out, meet new people, listen to their stories and wisdom, share experiences together and appreciate the world was share.
That’s my dream.
