And winds may tear at every page.
Though darkness falls and shadows loom.
The light of hope will still resume.
In every trial, every pain.
There’s always something left to gain.
For every sorrow that we bear.
There’s joy and beauty waiting there.
The world may turn, and seasons change. Yet life goes on, both sweet and strange.
With every step we take, we grow.
learn to love, and learn to know.
So don’t give up, or lose your way.
For there’s a brighter, brand-new day.
And though the road may seem so long, Remember this “Life goes on”.
