I am so afraid to offend those that currently support me. I have this people-pleasing, approval-seeking thing happening. I mentioned this to another Medium writer, but a few of my recent comments to (relative strangers) on here have not been completely mature, as their responses and comments towards me have been extremely condescending and rude. I am growing weary, but I always try to maintain a level of diplomacy in what I write about, even things that I am adamantly passionate about.

I totally have done some inner work on here. This place has definitely helped me grow not only as a writer, but a human being, too. I’ve learned a lot about the human condition and how to defend my opinions. It’s been invaluable, really. :)
