Breathing Exercise through Namaz

I offer my obligatory prayers and it has many benefits. Such as normalizing heart beat and calm ones breathing, being clean from ablution from head to toe, from stretching properly to sitting straight which increases blood flow. The rukooh helps to ease back ache in lower vertebrae and the sujood helps discharge electro-magnetic energies from ones head as people are constantly surrounded by technology nowadays. Also the sujood position helps strengthen knee, calf and thigh muscles as it is a form of a yoga position known as Vajrasana. Also the salam helps loosen the neck joints and helps to relax the upper shoulder. All these are some benefits among many, also it helps to increase focus and calm ones nerves.

Also this helps makes you feel relaxed and calm as you give all your problems to Allah and can feel enlighten by praying both spiritually and physically. Also it can be done anywhere and everywhere, even in the bus if you are travelling. And this can be done before any difficult scenario one might face.

Moreover it would help me be a better person overall as I would be more calm and will have more positive energy making people around me more comfortable and feel positive.

At the end one can improve his prayers by increasing his focus on the prayer and let go of the worldly thoughts and totally isolate himself from everything else to increase focus and attain spirituality, calm and be collected.
