Mona’s Apple Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

275 g Phyllo
193 g (2 pcs) Apples (peeled weighed)
70 g Egg (XL, or 2 small ones)
100 ml cream
100 ml milk 1,5 % fat
30 g custard powder
preheat the oven
17 g cinnamon sugar mix

Preparation:

Step 1:

stir Cream, Milk and Eggs
add and mix in the custard powder
mix the cinnamon and sugar

Step 2:

Lay out the phyllo in the form
Peel the apples, remove the pips, quarter, cut into slices
Place the apples next to each other on the phyllo
Pour the cream-milk-mix on top

bake: 170°C/338°F(air circulation), 25–30 min., in the center
remove finished tart and put the sugar mix on top
