Blessed are the sick

Traditionaly, the definition of community consists of grouping people with similarities to evolve together in their own context .We can consider the community to be a miniature representation of society, with the exception of the aggregation rules being based on broader concepts such as ethnicity raprochement as well as geographic location .
A member showing behavioral difference is esteemed to be rebelious ;and this primitive resistence hasn’t withered yet in most of societies.

To delve a bit deeper in the notion of resistence on an intellectual perspective , we can represent this latter as an unconscious pattern triggered to reject the difference ; one of the main components of Innovation in the way it can change things around us, shape’em to be more useful or just better looking .The pattern quickly flags any innovative symptom as undesired behaviour, qualified to be exterminated to protect the existent from a slight risk of failure.

The contradiction in the rejection remains the attempt to protect the existent from a benign constructive factor ,contributing undeniably to scientific advancement as well as art and other fields , thus minimizing the chances for great incentives rather than incubating ’em .As a result The innovator at the end gets his perserverence overwhelmed prematurely.

“To conform is to keep sane ” this is the message the majority convey in their mundane living , contributing collectively to a unique force that crushes innovation for the sake of respect for collectivity . A reminiscent of Ellsworth Toohey of the book “the fountainHead” prevails in this respect, intriguing one’s mind by his way to conspire closely with “the beast” as an abstract representation of the anti-innovation influence.

Last but not least, I feel very convinced that the pressure to conform will never cease to exist as it appears to be an inner human trait. Nevertheless, we can still minimize its malignant effect by teaching ourselves and the next generation not to be afraid of being different but taking risks in life, for the results can be really rewarding.
