MoneyRebel ICO date and process
MoneyRebel hereby defines how the ICO process will be carried out.
Date of the MoneyRebel ICO
The MoneyRebel ICO will start on May 8th, 2018 at approximately 13:00 UTC and will close a week later, on May 15th, 2018 at 13:00 UTC; or sooner if the hard cap is reached (when it is reached).
The Process of the MoneyRebel ICO
We hereby announce that the MoneyRebel ICO will be divided into four tiers.
Why split the ICO in four tiers?
- We want to enable all our supporters to process their contributions without facing the unnecessary gas war or the first come first serve competition, waiting by the timer during the night or paying the largest amount of gas. We want the MoneyRebel ICO to be transparent, easy and supporter friendly.
- We want to reward loyalty by giving priority to all those members of our community that were our earliest or most engaged supporters.
How does the MoneyRebel process look like, what are the tiers and ICO conditions?
What else do you need to understand the process in the table above?
1. What is a PriorityPass?
PriorityPass is the right to make an ICO contribution under more favorable conditions than the supporters in the regular crowdsale that will take place during Tier 3 and Tier 4. A PriorityPass owner will get a bonus and a guarantee to be able to make a contribution.
2. Who can gain a Priority pass?
Everyone!
3. How do you gain a PriorityPass?
You just have to help us by referring the MoneyRebel project to those within your social network:
a. Introduce and refer at least three people (who get whitelisted) to the MoneyRebel project (use the referral code on your dashboard; they have to pass the KYC successfully). This is defined as “referral” in the table above.
OR
b. Introduce and refer at least three people to the MoneyRebel project by inviting them into the MoneyRebel Official Telegram channel (fill in your Telegram handle on the dashboard, and don’t forget that your invited friends have to stay in the group until the end of ICO). This is defined as “invites on Telegram” in the table above.
OR
c. You can do either referrals or invites on Telegram, as long as the sum of both is at least 3 activities.
4. When can one start to perform these activities in order to gain a PriorityPass?
This campaign starts on April 3rd, 2018 and it ends on May 3rd, 2018.
5. Aside from the bonuses in Tier 1 and Tier 2, there is also the guarantee of Tier 1 and Tier 2 individual contributions. In what amount?
The amount of the individual contribution in Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be decided during the process itself — it will be calculated and communicated after the campaign is finished. Why? Because it depends on how many PriorityPasses will be given out, as well as the level of planned contributions by said PriorityPass owners.
6. When will a PriorityPass owner know what their maximum individual contribution is?
They will be notified by e-mail between May 4th and May 7th 2018.
7. The individual contribution is guaranteed in Tier 3 as well. What is the maximum amount there?
The amount of an individual contribution for Tier 3 will be decided on a rolling basis — it will be calculated and communicated before ICO Day 2.
8. The amount of maximum individual contributions for all Tiers from Day 3 to Day 7 will be decided on a rolling basis — it will be calculated and communicated before ICO Day 3.
