Red Trust

All accounts, scammers and other participants who abuse the trust of MoneyToken will be marked "red trust" so that they will not be able to join any others bounty campaigns in future

Some DT members will remain incognito until the implementation of the Red Trust.

© I do not agree to notify them … as I can lose my advantage in dealing with it. I invited other active DT members to take care that no one trusted these accounts.

There is a clear evidence that the account farming is being performed on a professional scale, which creates an endless cycle of disruptive spam. These malicious users are very good at their job. You will not see the obvious, if you do not know where to look. They are the main cause of spam.

Visualization of rejected accounts

Overview

There are many bounty campaigns in which all activities and members can not be analyzed in a reasonable amount of time. This situation has jump started the development and use of the account farming. Problem is most companies are too busy focusing on their product development and business issues to dedicate enough time sorting out the community.

Artificial audience is one of the reasons why projects can not generate a sustainable income. One possible solution to this problem is the use of unique filters for each section according to rules.

Methodology

We have considered in detail all the available documentation and reports on the bounty made by the manager. Secondly, we conducted a thorough manual review of several thousands of accounts, checking their legitimacy. Finally, we performed the automatic part of the review.

When checking each report and checking each type of campaign we used at least 8 filters. The audit was conducted using both proprietary and publicly available tools.

Structure

Analysis of individual sections of the report shows a high non-compliance ratio.

Then we used logical methods to separate the structure of the report into parts.

To determine the relationship between the accounts, we took into account the probability of crossing several events that do not depend on each other.

Examples

Values for entropy

Visualization of twitter noise (entropy)

Unavailable content

Checking the wearing of a signature

Quality is important. Especially when it comes to videos and articles. (A lazy guy can meanly substitute another guy by sending the same article) More than 1500 applications were not approved

Probability of events

Similar dates or the registration and similar profiles registrations ID numbers evidence about the accounts farming

Not enough posts

Merit and registration

Theft of someone else's content, the placement of identical materials on different media sites, duplication of rewards or a complete lack of understanding of the project are detrimental to the reputation of the company.

Summary of Findings

We prefer to build an organic communiy. An actual brand-friendly audience is more supportive and positive when making decisions and interacting with the company.

Technically speaking, "audit" has determined the effectiveness of marketing activities and is reduced to identifying problems in the strategy of community formation.

Real results have allowed us to focus on those who contribute to building confidence in our products and services. Community support is important, so we minimize the risk that users take when investing in MoneyToken.

FAQ

1. Could the amount of the reward be recalculated before the distribution?

MoneyToken will accept appeals from every participant who didn’t pass the audit in case if participant was rejected because of mistake or misunderstanding.

The IMT distribution whitelist will be updated at 16th of July > rejected participants could be whitelisted > the reward could be recounted.

2. How to receive my IMT reward?

  1. Check the the IMT distribution whitelist document and find your eth address using search (Ctrl+F) option.
  2. If you have found your ETH address — you need to pass KYC check to receive your IMT reward.
  3. If you haven’t found your ETH address — check the instruction below in this document.

3. Why was KYC implemented?

  • Due to the progress in the development of the platform and the requirements of new partnerships, MoneyToken needs to conduct a full AML/KYC procedure.
  • This is important for scaling and complying with the rules of jurisdictions in which MoneyToken is obtaining financial licenses, as well as to confirm that the income of MoneyToken is not a consequence of criminal activity or sanctioned funds.
  • The KYC of all IMT holders also was a compulsory requirement of a new financial partner of MoneyToken.
  • In addition, this is a better way to prevent spam, and account farming. Bots can join airdrop and bounty, but they can not pass the KYC check. Therefore, we decided to include airdrop/bounty participants in the KYC/AML process as a means of protecting MoneyToken (and all legitimate participants).

4. How to apply for KYC? (the instruction for bounty participants)

  • Register your account at account.moneytoken.com
  • Go to the verification page and fill in the form.
  • IMPORTANT: Fill the same ETH address which you filled during your registrations on the bounty campaing (the address which identifies you in the IMT distribution whitelist).
If you fill another ETH address — the system will not recognize you as a bounty participant and IMT tokens will not be added to your balance automatically at 18th of July.
  • Wait for your KYC application approvement (if you will fill the KYC form before the deadline at 6th of July your application should be approved during 7th of July — 15th of July period)
  • After your application has been confirmed, you will receive a notification via email.

The time required for KYC approval will depend on your number in the queue. Please, keep in mind that around 50,000 users have applied for KYC. The team will do their best to check out your application as soon as possible.

5. If you are an Airdrop participant

  • You should use the email which you’ve used at gleam.io.
  • If you already registered an account at account.moneytoken.com using the same email, you should use your old password to log in.
  • If you haven’t registered your account yet, go to the password recovery page and use the email which you’ve had previously at gleam.io.
  • You will receive an email with a new password, after which you can log in to the platform, pass the KYC and gain access to your IMT tokens.

6. What If I haven’t found my ETH address in the IMT distribution whitelist?

Probably you haven’t passed the audit because of the violations of rules.

If you are sure that you fulfilled all tasks qualitatively and you are not whitelisted by mistake — you can fill an appeal.

  1. To file an appeal, please, follow this link.
  2. The deadline for appeal filling — 6th of July
  3. Hunters who will miss the appeal deadline will lose their chance for the appeal.
  4. After 7th of July all appeals will be reviewed. The appeals report will be published at 16th of July.
  5. If your appeal will be confirmed — you will be able to find your ETH address and the amount of IMT reward at the updated the IMT distribution whitelist. And you will receive IMT tokens to your balance at account.moneytoken.com at 18th of July.
