I believe this may have happened to me. School was easy up through my senior year in college. The passing of my parents through the years in addition to the passing of my grandfather that year had an effect. I experienced changes changes in routine, mood, and diet which may have been the environmental keys to unlock full expression of ADHD genes (epigenetics). I'm not sure. I was diagnosed at 32...I think.
