I think you hit many good points in your piece. The fact that Doctors tell people to go to AA is part of another whole problem. I would like to show you my film The 13th Step. We both live in LA and if I knew about other options my DAD might still be alive. AA is infested everywhere and it has a very low success rate. But, so many are coerced there….without giving other options which have existed for a while.
